Notice for Viva- voce & Classroom Demonstration  for Post Graduate Teachers (Direct

& In-service promotional candidates).

Based on the evaluation of marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Examination held on 13/11/2014 for the post of Post Graduate Teachers for Human Resource Development Department, the Commission has decided to call the candidates (both Direct & In-service promotional) bearing the following roll numbers for the Classroom demonstration and Viva- voce/Personality Test. The dates for the same will be announced shortly. The roll numbers are mentioned in ascending order and not in order of merit.

The  candidate  should  come  with  the  original  certificates  of  all  the  relevant  documents mentioned below:

• Class Ten mark sheet & certificate
• Class Twelve mark sheet and certificate
• Mark sheet and degree certificate for graduation and post graduation.
• Mark sheet and degree certificate for B.Ed.
• Mark sheet and certificate of higher qualification, if any.
• Sikkim Subject Certificate / Certificate of Identification (for direct candidates).
• Employment card (renewed) for direct candidates.
• Category Certificate from authorized person.
• Minimum eight years of service experience certificate as regular graduate teacher (in case of inservice candidate of HRDD from respective district Joint Director) and Inservice candidates shall invariably bring existing substantive post’s office order.
• Work experience certificate (if any, in case of direct candidates)
• NOC in case of employed candidates if not submitted earlier.
• Certificate  of  non  scholastic         activities,         sports,    NCC      and        any  other       significant achievements at the school, College, District and National level.
• Candidate must bring, at the interview, a self Resume’ of not more than two pages.
